Chapter fundraising is an important function for chapters. Each year, the School Nutrition Association of Arizona gives each of its Chapters an opportunity to earn up to $1,000 to help supplement their funds. These funds can be used towards Chapter hosted events or in-state travel to SNAAZ conferences. The requirements are pretty easy to fulfill and each goal has a specific value associated with it.
Each Chapter is eligible for up to $1,000 and must complete ALL items from the Chapter Enrichment Program Application in order to receive the maximum funds. Monies will be issued once a completed request is approved based on the value of that item. Each goal has a designated value attached to it. Documentation of the items must be submitted with this form to the SNAAZ Vice President, Stephen Protz, at the contact information below. Once the documentation is received then payment will be requested.
Chapters are required to submit all documentation no later than October 31st, 2020. Documents may be submitted via email or through US mail. Email must be sent no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, October 31, 2020. US Mail must have a postmark no later than Monday October 30th, 2020. All missing documents or packets received past the deadline will not be accepted.
