- Admittance to SNAAZ educational workshops held during the conference and pre-conference sessions. Pre-registration to pre-cons is REQUIRED for admittance.

- Four (4) exhibitor badges per booth. Name badge information and dinner RSVP can be completed online after initial booth registration. ****SPECIAL NOTE**** Certificate of Insurance Information is to be emailed to Jennifer Gordon by August 15th.
- Standard booth package includes two (2) 6′ draped tables (front of booth and back of booth)
- Access to attendees representing school districts throughout the state
- Exclusive Director/Supervisor/Buyer preview time
- Two (2) complimentary dinner tickets per 10′ x 10′ booth purchased for admittance to the Friday Evening Dinner, dinner
- RSVP must be confirmed to receive the 2 tickets.
- 8′ high back wall drape with 3′ high sidewall draped dividers
- Sign 7″ x 44″ identification sign with company name and booth number (must submit by September 7th)

- Use of PA system for raffle announcements and/or prize notifications during show

- Complimentary ice for booth use (must indicate need during online registration)
