2019 STATE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION / SNA DUES

SECURE YOUR STATE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION / PAY YOUR SNA DUES

Early Bird registration ends Friday, September 6, 2019.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Must receive via email to Craig Weidel at (cwsnaaz@gmail.com) on/before Sept. 6, 2019 for 100% refund.  Sept. 7-13, 2019 for 50% refund.  Any cancellation after Sept. 14, 2019 NO REFUND.

  • YOU MUST SIGN IN TO WEB SITE.  ON HOME PAGE AT TOP OF PAGE CLICK ON ‘MEMBER LOGIN/REGISTER’ IN GREEN LETTERING.  IF YOU DON’T HAVE A LOGIN GO TO REGISTER SECTION AND FOLLOW PROMPTS TO REGISTER FIRST.  If registering for more than one individual you will need the following information prior to starting:
  • Step 1:  Sign in, click on 2019 State Conference, select State Conference Member Registration/SNA Dues, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the registration type  (ex: Director/Supervisor or Manager/Employee)
  • Step 2:  Complete all required fields and select add to cart.  If registering for more than one attendee go back and select the type of registration needed next.  Select, complete all fields, add to cart.  Continue these steps until all attendees have been added to your cart.  Towards bottom of form you will see at (SNA/DUES) box that will be un-selected.  If you want to pay for dues with your conference registration click on box to add that amount to your order.
  • Step 3:  Once all attendee registrations are complete and added to the cart then you may select check out.  Complete all fields required for check out.
  • Craig Weidel the Executive Director of SNAZZ will follow up within one week with an invoice and if paying dues you will also receive a membership application at this time. PLEASE INCLUDE PAYMENT AND IF YOU HAVE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION ALSO SENT TO ADDRESS ON INVOICE BY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2019.

IF YOU ARE PURCHASING AN EXTRA DINNER / DRINK TICKET

  • Go back to State Conference Member Registration / SNA Dues
  • Choose Additional Dinner Ticket and quantity you are adding from bottom of page under ‘Extra Dinner Ticket’ / ‘Extra Drink Ticket’ product icon.
  • Add to cart and then proceed to check out.  Your extra dinner tickets will be under your name at conference registration desk when you register.

2019 SNA DUES

With time fast approaching for the renewal of your SNA Dues… you can make payment individually or in bulk if you’re a Purchasing Officer / District Manager by simply adding to your card and follow the instructions on the checkout page.
